Sarajevo Business Forum (SBF), 1st International Investment Conference that will take place on 6th and 7th April in Sarajevo was presented to the ambassadors of Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iran and Qatar in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The concept of the Forum and the progress of its organization were presented by Amer Bukvic, CEO of Bosna Bank International and Dr. Murat Muhamed Ramadanović, Head of Economic Diplomacy Department of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of B&H.

The CEO of the Bank whose VIP Business Club together with TIGQH, VIP Business Club of the Islamic development Bank Group, the GAPID (Global Alliance for Partnership in International Development) and Bushnak Group, is organizing this large Investment Conference underlined the significance of the Forum and asked the ambassadors for assistance in promotion of the SBF in their countries and in animation of their investors.

Such meetings will be organized in the future until the beginning of the Forum with an intention to include in the organizations the ambassadors of other countries in B&H whose investors will take part in the work of the SBF.

In the Sarajevo Business Forum, local businessmen, representatives of the B&H authorities and international investors will discuss about investment in the projects of infrastructure, agriculture, energy and tourism. It is expected that between 100 and 150 investors from the countries of the Middle East, Asia and Europe will participate in the SFB.

The Forum will be attended by many high prominent world personalities. Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Prime Minister of the Republic of Turkey, Ahmet Davutoglu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, Dr. Mahatir Mohamad, former Prime Minister of Malaysia and Chairman of GAPID, Dr. Ahmad Mohamed Ali, President of Islamic Development Bank Group, Khaled Al Aboodi, Director General of ICD – IDB Group, Sulaiman Al-Herbish, Director General of OPEC Fund for International Development-OFID, Dr. Adil Bushnak, President of Bushnak Group, Dr. Murat Yulek, General Manager of PGlobal, Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airlines, Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim Al Shaibani, Chairman of Dubai Islamic Bank, Wadah Khanfar, Director General of Al Jazeera Network…

Dr. Haris Silajdžić, who will be the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina in April, will open the Forum and Nikola Špirić, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of B&H will address the attendees as well.
